Sales Executive
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Paphos, Cyprus. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with existing and new real estate agents and partners, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying market trends, and conducting market research.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of sales success and achieving targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to do telesales and cold calling
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience in the construction/real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Fluency in Russian is a plus
Quantity Surveyors
Medousa Constructions LTD is actively recruiting for the following role: Quantity Surveyors.
Must be registered in ETEK (Technical Advisor of the State and Citizens)
